New Orleans here I come
Hey everybody – getting ready to leave for New Orleans tomorrow. I was there last week and then came back to LA to finish up a few things and say bye to my family and friends. This is the first time I’ll live somewhere outside of California so I’m really excited. I love it in Cali, but looking forward to a totally new culture in New Orleans. Send me some of your fav restaurants to hit up in Lousiana, I’m always looking for some good food to try out and I know there are some great spot in N.O.! Until next time… - DC

central grocery, home of the original mufaletta sandwich. simply the bomb.
commander's palace. i recommend the turtle soup and the crabcakes $$$$.
cafe du mond, for a plate of beignet and a cup of french roast.
mulate's for some touristy cajun food. alligator anyone?
no idea where the locals eat, but there are definitely some good creole, cajun, soul food, and more than a few high class restaurants in NOLA.
if i were a pro athlete, i'd eat every where for a month, then hire a personal chef after that. hard being a fatty elite pro athlete.
