DC in the Yard
Hey whats up everyone…I’ve joined the yard and want to thank everybody for all the love. I’ve had a busy summer but I’m really excited to be a part of the New Orleans Hornets organization. I have a chance to play against an All-Star point guard every day in practice, so I’m very grateful for the opportunity and I cant wait to get started.
Its been a weird transition to not be starting school at UCLA this semester with my friends, but I’m definitely happy I finished up all my classes and don’t have to worry about homework anymore!
I’ve been working out all summer and playing a lot at UCLA to get ready for the season. Vegas summer league was great, it was cool to get to know some of my teammates and coaches. I also went to NY for rookie transition…great time with all the other young guys. Season is just around the corner…only a few more weeks in L.A. then I’m headed to N.O. I’ll be back to keep y’all updated on things as the season goes on. – DC
